Technology-based transformations have significantly altered international business, and corporate governance is one of the most turbulent areas due to such developments. How blockchain and AI have transformed corporate governance is the subject of this paper with particular emphasis on Corporate governance architecture and processes. This study examines the role of digital innovations in corporate governance by specific examination of literature, case studies, surveys from participants as well as interviews with subject matter experts regarding the efficiency, accountability, transparency and compliance in governing. The research reviews the integration of AI-driven analytics and decision-supporting tools into the boardrooms, equivalent Blockchain empowering of creating immutable records, enforceable smart contracts, and delivering decentralized decision-making. Studies have shown that digitalization has turned from being a mere supporting function into a dominant driver for forward movement of efficient governance strategies. Also, the article indicates important barriers like technological readiness, ethical dilemmas, and regulatory frame ambiguity and proposes viable strategies for leveraging technology in the context of governance schemes. This research adds to academic conversations and also offers practical recommendations to organizations that want to use digital solutions in their governance.
