Why Does WJARR Charge an APC?
WJARR is a self-supported open access journal and does not receive funding from government or private institutions.
Unlike subscription-based journals, open access journals do not generate revenue from readers. Instead, the APC helps cover essential publishing services such as:
- Editorial management and peer review administration
- Manuscript formatting and typesetting
- DOI registration
- Online hosting and website maintenance
- Digital archiving and long-term preservation
- Indexing and database integration
- Technical infrastructure and journal management systems
A portion of the APC is reinvested into improving journal infrastructure, digital systems, and overall publication quality.
