Collaboration involves partnering with stakeholders to co-create solutions and maximize the impact of CSR initiatives. Storytelling involves sharing compelling narratives about the company's CSR efforts to inspire stakeholders and build a positive reputation. The analysis also highlights the importance of tailoring communication strategies to the specific context of the oil and gas industry. This includes addressing the unique challenges and sensitivities associated with oil and gas operations, such as environmental risks, community impacts, and regulatory complexities.
