This educational case report designed to illustrate the imaging approach to intramuscular myxoma of the thigh. The synthetic radiological figure demonstrates representative appearances rather than actual patient imaging. Imaging findings, differential diagnosis and limitations are discussed to support structured radiological interpretation.
