LIDO is a domain-specific language (DSL) designed for IoT developers to share their ideas and practical experiences. It consists of an IoT metamodel representing its abstract syntax, and a textual notation representing its concrete syntax. Together, these two syntaxes enable LIDO to convey a horizontal culture shared by the entire IoT community. It also allows developers to leverage their own backgrounds when crafting their own IoT solutions. LIDO was built using an Eclipse Modeling Framework, such as Xtext.
