The financial technology sector faces mounting pressure to accelerate loan processing while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and customer trust. This paper presents an autonomous loan processing framework that integrates LangChain-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), GPT-4o, and Salesforce Agentforce to automate end-to-end loan origination and underwriting workflows. The proposed system leverages RAG to ground large language model responses in verified financial documents, regulatory guidelines, and customer records, thereby reducing hallucination risks inherent in generative AI outputs. GPT-4o serves as the reasoning engine for document analysis, risk assessment, and applicant communication, while Salesforce Agentforce orchestrates task automation, CRM integration, and human-in-the-loop escalation for complex cases. The architecture is evaluated through a case study involving a simulated fintech lending environment, measuring key performance indicators including processing time reduction, decision accuracy, compliance adherence, and customer satisfaction. Results demonstrate significant improvements in operational efficiency, with reduced manual intervention and faster turnaround times compared to traditional loan processing pipelines, without compromising regulatory compliance or decision transparency. The study further discusses challenges related to data privacy, model explainability, and integration complexity in enterprise-grade AI deployments. This research contributes a practical, scalable blueprint for financial institutions seeking to adopt agentic AI systems, offering insights into the synergy between conversational AI, retrieval-based grounding, and enterprise automation platforms in transforming credit decisioning processes.
