Abstract: 
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and ethical leadership on increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. BGRLI Surabaya, Indonesia. Using a saturated sample where all members of the population are used as research samples, namely as many as 50 employees. This research is a quantitative research to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely using a questionnaire filled out by respondents who are used as research data. Data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and ethical leadership influence job satisfaction. This research contributes to the scientific discussion regarding the relationship of work motivation and ethical leadership to increasing employee job satisfaction.
