This article explores how environmental requirements and sustainability principles are reshaping the way industrial infrastructure is designed, developed, and managed. It examines the key areas driving the transformation of industrial projects, including energy efficiency improvements, the integration of renewable energy sources, resource and waste management, and the consideration of environmental factors throughout the entire lifecycle of industrial facilities.
The article highlights that a sustainable industrial facility is no longer simply a response to stricter environmental regulations. Today, it has become a strategic factor that improves operational efficiency, reduces costs, and strengthens long-term business competitiveness.
