This educational case report designed to illustrate the imaging approach to pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma with atypical imaging features. The synthetic radiological figure demonstrates representative appearances rather than actual patient imaging. Imaging findings, differential diagnosis and limitations are discussed to support structured radiological interpretation.
