Background: Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory airway disease characterized by recurrent episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness, and cough. Despite advances in conventional management, asthma continues to impose a significant global health burden. Homoeopathy emphasizes individualized treatment based on the totality of symptoms, making repertorial analysis an important component in remedy selection.
