Abstract: 
The present paper aims to provide a varied and wide range of recent advancement in fluid flow and heat transfer in different flow geometries considering the effects of different flow parameters. Several parameters like “magnetic field (applied as well as induced), porosity of the surface as well as medium, heat source/sink, radiation, absorption, free/forced convection, chemical reactions etc.” have their impact on the flow. These fluid flow problems have their applications in many engineering as well as astrophysical and geophysical problems of interests. Present study may provide the readers a brief idea about the fluid flow and heat transfer problems.
