Recommendations for healthcare managers and policy-makers are provided, emphasizing the importance of strategic alignment, innovation, and stakeholder engagement in enhancing healthcare delivery and outcomes. This paper offers insights into navigating the dynamic healthcare environment, leveraging policy changes as opportunities for improvement, and ensuring the effective implementation of healthcare policies.
