This paper aims to analyze and understand the link between certain social conditions and the emergence of deviant behaviors in the context of irregular migration from Daloa to Europe. In this context, forty-three (43) potential migrants and migration candidates, recruited through snowball sampling, were surveyed. The data collected through documentation and interviews were subjected to both qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results obtained from this study highlighted that some migrants, under the pressure of constraints related to the migration project, engage in deviant acts (theft, embezzlement, fraud, etc.) either to survive during transit or to fund their journey. At the end of this study, it should be noted that the "deviant" migrant should not be understood as a criminal but as someone who struggles for survival in a world where they are disconnected from attachment to social ties.
