Epidermoid carcinoma of the upper urinary tract is a rare cancer, occurring mainly in elderly patients with a history of neglected kidney stones and/ or neglected urinary upper tract infections, the prognosis is extremly poor, wich makes prevention and management of kidney stones highly important.
